Happiness is a Choice!

One of the saddest truth about life is that “People will always be unhappy with what they have, and will always crave for what they don’t have.”

This is no way means that one should not be ambitious. You should fight/struggle for the things you want.
But Happiness is independant of all this jargon.
Whatever you are trying to do or achieve in your life, if you think deeply, IT IS for Happiness!
Wouldn’t things make more sense if you be happy and then do things :)

If you are unconditionally happy, all the pain and suffering in this world can’t even touch you!

Now go! And be Happy for Life! :D

Love and Regards,
Sameer

Konnichiwa, minasan!

Yes! I decided to learn Japanese :D

Japanese is regarded as one of the world’s three most difficult languages to learn (For non-natives obviously, duh!). But I’m a HUGE manga and anime fan-boy, and why not get them neurons cracking, eh? ;)
I’m also a big fan of Japan and the Japanese culture. The way that nation has recovered and taken up responsibilities after Hiroshima & Nagasaki, inspires the shit out of me!
(If you’re interested, have a read!) - Rise of Japan from Nuclear Ashes

Okay, so here it is.
I’ve just started today from this amazing website - Tofugu
Basically there are 3 syllabaries in the Japanese language: Hiragana, Katakana, and Kanji.
Hiragana and Katakana (collectively referred to as “kana”) are fairly simple to grasp and memorize, Kanji being much much more complex. Kanji is the ancient characters adopted from the Chinese Hanzhi writing. They each convey an idea, and are used for nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs. This collection of more than 7,000 characters usually has double meanings for each one, depending on the context and position in the sentence. x_x

So I’ve obviously planned to move from Hiragana -> Katakana -> Kanji,
and Pronunciation -> Reading -> Typing -> {Writing}
No one really writes anything now-a-days (except your own signature), and writing Japanese is really difficult for a beginner. So, I’ll leave that for the end, if Time and Tempo permits.

PS: This is not a class. So, I don’t have to move at the pace of the slowest 10%. There is NO Speed Limit!
I can learn the entire Hiragana alphabet in one day if I wish it, and that makes me kinda Happy :)
I’m writing this blog post to inspire more people to learn this amazing language, and also as a personal journel to track my progress :)

To the hypocrite within me and you,

“If you don’t walk the walk, It’s probably best not to talk the talk.”

My first blog post came in August, 2017. Ironically, it focussed on the importance of regular blogging! I was moved by this quote and decided to end this cycle of hypocricy. So here I am :)

The problem with quotes is they give you a blast of motivation, but it is really short lived. Only motivation won’t take you anywhere. It’s when the motivation turns into a Habit, you start to blossom.
That’s when you learn the Art of Self-motivation.

This post accomodates numerous quotes and short stories, for when I feel low or I need a boost for some mammoth task. I’ll try my best to keep adding more and more …
Don’t let it stop from helping you too! :)

"Look fear in the face and it will cease to trouble you."

"To live and let live, without clamor for distinction or recognition,
to write truth first on the tablet of one's own heart
This is the sanity and perfection of living."

Within all of us there is a battle of two wolves.
One is evil. He is anger, envy, jealousy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego. The other is good. He is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith.
"The one you feed grows stronger!"

"Either you run the day, or the day runs you."

"Two things define you: Your patience when you have nothing,
and your attitude when you have everything."

Update :)

“Hello World”, This is my first blog post. I just wanted to organize my daily work/thoughts for future reviews. So I thought why not start a blog.

On reading about blogging I found that there are many more benefits. Some of them are:

To Express Your Thoughts and Opinions. You have something to say. You’ll have a platform to where you can say it and be heard.

You’ll become a Better Writer. Writing is communication and is about expressing your thoughts on paper. Blogging wont force you, it’ll just happen as you do it.

You’ll become a Better Thinker. Writing includes thinking and blogging processes encourages you to think even deeper. Better thinking will help you to develop an eye for meaningful things.

You’ll Meet People Like You. It can be through comments, e-mails or social media, blogging will help you find those people whom you can share your opinions and thoughts.

It’ll serve as a Personal Journal. This is a sufficient enough reason to start blogging. It trains our minds to track our life and feel the changes we are experiencing.

If you are still not convinced to start a blog, you can review these links or rather say my inspiration to start a blog ;)
